The Challenge
1. Performance & Scalability Limitations The existing WordPress setup was struggling to handle growing traffic and increasing service requests. Page load times were inconsistent, and the system was not optimized for long-term scalability. 2. Limited Customization & Flexibility As the platform evolved into a full-fledged service marketplace, WordPress plugins and themes became restrictive. Implementing complex business logic, custom workflows, and integrations required heavy workarounds. 3. Security Concerns Frequent dependency on third-party plugins increased the attack surface and made it harder to maintain a secure environment, especially for user data and business operations. 4. SEO & Data Preservation Migrating from WordPress posed a risk of losing SEO rankings, URLs, and structured content accumulated over time. 5. Maintainability & Technical Debt The legacy system had grown organically with multiple plugins and patches, making it difficult to debug, maintain, and extend.

Custom-Built Marketplace Logic All core features — service listing, quote requests, user management, and workflows — were developed as custom modules, removing dependency on third-party plugins. 3. SEO-Safe Migration We ensured: All important URLs were preserved or redirected Metadata and content structure remained intact No SEO ranking loss during the transition 5.
